Nataša Leković leads the firm’s corporate practice. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and is completing master studies in company law. She has many years of experience in the banking and insurance sectors, including work in Banca Intesa, Naftna industrija Srbije, and Energoprojekt Garant. Her work focuses on company law, corporate governance, and compliance, and she has also been engaged by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce on World Bank projects.
Leads the office's corporate practice, with experience in company law, corporate governance, and compliance built in banking, insurance, and institutional project work.
Day-to-day corporate advisory, governance, incorporations, restructurings, and practical support for companies operating in Serbia.
Experience advising banks, insurers, and clients handling financially sensitive projects and negotiations.
Employment structuring, internal employer acts, and representation in labour disputes.
Sale and purchase work, due diligence, regulatory review, and administrative representation.
